Rusty is educated as an attorney with expertise in corporate and security Law. He is Emeritus Trustee of Emory University, Member of the Woodruff Health Sciences Board, and the Emory Healthcare Board.

President & CEO of Air-Clenz Systems; Stu is a proven business, brand, and team builder. His leadership and management style has fueled teams with sustainable, diverse cultures in organizations of all sizes. He has a track record of innovation across products, packages, and processes. During the 20+ years of work at and with The Coca-Cola Company he launched the Fridge Pack 12-pack, which became an industry standard in less than three years. Stu was one of the first brand marketers to embrace what is now known as User Generated Content in digital marketing, and led the American Idol partnership, later named one of the top twenty best product integrations of all time. He launched six new products and was involved in key planning for the launch of the Coca-Cola Freestyle platform. Stu left Coca-Cola and became part owner of an independent marketing agency, where he led work that won numerous national and global awards for creativity and results. Stu also has participated in two equity exit events. His interest in public health includes eight years on the board of the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential.

Anita T. Broach, PhD, is the Chief Scientific Officer for Air-Clenz Systems™. Anita is educated as a material scientist and chemical engineer.  She also is a Scientific and Technical Consultant with CSI: Create. Solve. Innovate. LLC, a company she founded in 2015, and advises clients across different industries including new materials, process and product development, prototyping, failure analysis, etc. Concerned about the health and the planet, and proud of her heritage, she founded MD Inspired, LLC, a company that consults on healthy and sustainable dietary patterns and lifestyles, such as Mediterranean Diet. She has been named as an inventor and co-inventor on more than 50 patents and patent applications pending and has authored many peer-reviewed publications, books and book chapters. She holds Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and M.Sc. in Materials Science, both from University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, USA, and M.Sc. in Polymer Science from University of Skopje, N. Macedonia.
